Trechell was born and raised in Jamaica. She moved to the US when she was 18 years old. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University. During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising, baking, and reading. She has been in the recruiting industry for over 8 years and is very passionate about what she does. She lives by the quote, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work.”
