C++ Developer
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience developing in C++
- Experience developing and maintaining large backend distributed systems
- Excellent understanding of distributed messaging systems
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Good understanding of various design patterns
- Experience working with Git / SVN
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Solid communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, demonstrating thoroughness and strong ownership of work
Responsibilities & Duties
SEQ Technology is looking for a talented C++ Developer with:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code across platforms
- Consult with internal stakeholders to define the scope of software development initiatives
- Consult with internal stakeholders to define the scope of software development initiatives
- Develop, implement and support new and existing modules
- Maintain software development records and documenting procedures
- Work closely with the software development team to develop new products
Knowledge of capital markets is a strong plus.
Previous work experience in financial services is beneficial.
